Compassion Cultivation Training® 

Developed at Stanford University, Compassion Cultivation Training (or CCT) is an 8-week course designed to develop the qualities of compassion, empathy, and kindness for oneself and others. This personal development course combines traditional contemplative practices with contemporary psychology and scientific research on compassion. 

8-week Course:  Requires a commitment to attend all 8 weeks.  Each session is 2 hours long.  20 Student max.
